We woke up early to meet David and Tricia at the Big Tree on Palm Beach island for their engagement shoot. The sunlight was perfectly diffused by some early morning rain clouds and it made for some great pictures! We also got to meet the couple’s puppy, Henry, who was very well behaved and even looked directly at the camera for some of the shots. We always love it when our couples include their pets, and Henry was particularly photogenic. After the Flagler Museum, we also took a trip down to Worth Ave. to get some shots by the shops up and down the strip. We had a great time with David and Tricia and Henry, and can’t wait for the wedding day on Peanut Island!
We met up with Jillian and Alex on Palm Beach island just as the sun was starting to set. It had been rainy and overcast the past few days, so we were thrilled when the skies cleared just in time to take the couple’s engagement photos. It turned out to be a beautiful night and we had a really good time getting to know Jillian and Alex and snapping some shots in front of the West Palm Beach skyline. We also took a few pictures in front of the Flagler Museum and the “Big Tree”, and the location never ceases to impress us! We really hope you guys enjoy the photos, and we hope the very best for Jillian and Alex as they prepare to start their lives together. We can’t wait for the wedding!
We are so excited to share these images from Bethany and Brent’s wedding! The day was filled with family and friends, sweet moments, laughs, happy tears, and smiles–we felt very blessed to be there to capture it all. Every detail came together beautifully (check out Bethany’s adorable dress and their amazing cake!), and the day ending up being one of the most relaxed and fun weddings we’ve shot in awhile. Thank you, B&B, for letting us capture your day!
A great Trash the Dress session takes 3 key components:
1. A beautiful location
2. A wedding dress
3. An extremely fun/adventurous couple who are up for just about anything.
Luckily we had all three for this shoot. Thank you, John and Lauren, for making this Trash the Dress such a fun experience! We hope you enjoy the photos.
Engagement shoots are always so much fun, and our latest e-session with Brandon and Brigitte was just that. We got the chance to hang out with the couple, meet their super cute pup, Koby, and captured the beautiful Florida Sunset. This shoot took place in two Jupiter locations; Dubois and Riverbend Park. We started out at Dubois and got some fun shots with Koby, then we headed to Riverbend just in time for sunset and got in some pictures next to the old stone fireplace. Brandon and Brigitte, we hope you love these pictures as much as we do–and we can’t wait for your wedding!
There are very few weddings that are as fun, beautiful and sincere as John and Lauren’s. We had the privilege of shooting their special day and it is hard to convey, even in these images, just how warm and loving these two families were! They got married on the pavilion at the Westin on Ft. Lauderdale beach, which is a beautiful setting with great beach-front access and made for some incredible views during the ceremony. The reception followed downstairs, and was honestly one of the most enjoyable we have shot to date! From the choreographed bridal party dance to the crazy costumes and sincere speeches, we were absolutely having a blast the entire time and felt very fortunate to be a part of the day. We followed up with a trash-the-dress shoot the day after, and will have a full post of those photos coming soon! For now, we really hope you enjoy these!
Here are some of our favorite pictures from Lauren and Aaron’s wedding at First United Methodist Church in Punta Gorda. After meeting Lauren and Aaron, we immediately knew that we would have so much fun shooting their special day. Lauren is very sweet with a great sense of style, and Aaron always keeps everyone laughing. As with most spring weddings in Florida, there was a constant threat of rain, but in the end it turned out to be perfect weather for some great pictures. Lauren’s father delivered the message for her ceremony, which made the whole thing that much sweeter. They also chose to do a “First Non-Look”, which you’ll see below. Aaron must have very strong will power; he was able to keep his eyes closed during the whole thing! We really hope you enjoy these pictures, because they were so much fun for us to take and we feel like they really capture the warm mood and fun spirit of the day. Enjoy!
